Part 1 includes: The origins of addiction; The dysfunctional roots; How to examine recovery profiles in the Bible; Discover God’s plan for deliverance; Understand the role of the submission in recovery; Understand the power of the role of conversation in recovery: Self-examination time; uncover your own addiction; Learn the Christian foundation for origin of the Twelve-Step Program; How to effectively prepare for each step; Practice counseling using the first 6 steps; and workbook completion and journal entry.
